At Fucsia our menu changes daily to showcase the fresh local ingredients. Guests find their meals at Fucsia to be one of the highlights of their trip to Costa Rica: unpretentious, inspired, memorable.
In keeping with the intimate and stylish design of Fucsia, our offering features one menu of the day for each meal, composed of seasonal and fresh products, all sourced locally.
We try to accommodate special dietary requirements, if possible, and we appreciate your understanding given the format of the bistro.

Local grass-fed beef, caramelized and cooked to order in brown butter, olive oil, herbs. Served over slice of grilled watermelon with a side of picadillo de papa, a Costa Rican dish made of potatoes, cubed season and poached in a light sauce, with fresh mustard leaves added.Gluten free
