How do I book?
Book online through our secure booking engine for instant confirmation and the best available rate. For groups, events or special requests, message us on WhatsApp or use the request form.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm (noon). Let us know your arrival time and we'll be ready for you.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Daily breakfast is included in every stay, with four options to choose from.
Do you serve lunch and dinner?
Lunch is served daily at Fucsia, our restaurant. Dinner is served by reservation, including our Romantic Dinner.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Dogs under 15 kg are welcome, always on a leash or harness. Please let us know when booking.
Are children welcome?
Everyone is welcome at our hotel. Guests aged 12 and over are considered adults.
How many guests can stay in a room?
Our casitas accommodate up to 3 guests. Message us for the best option for your group.
Is there a minimum stay?
A 2-night minimum applies during the peak holiday season (late December to early January).
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, both are free for all guests.
How far is Chirripó National Park?
The park entrance is approximately 5 km from the hotel.
Can you arrange transfers and tours?
Yes. Airport transfers, tours and activities can be arranged on request.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be sent by email to reservations@chirripoarthotel.com. Regular season: free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. Peak season: free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Full terms are confirmed at booking.
